After months of working from home and confined, we are happy to be returning to the office and finally see you! Our opening hours are slightly reduced and we prioritize teleworking but there will always be someone at the office from Monday to Friday between 10h and 16h. If you need anything or if you have to return stones we will be there!
|

We hope everyone is in good health and we are very sorry for everyone who has lost a relative or friend due to this virus. We are optimistic about the future of our industry, which remains one of the oldest industries in the world. By working together we can have a positive impact on many communities ranging from the jeweler, the stone merchant to the stone cutter and the miners.

We take all necessary precautions to protect all of our customers and to stop this virus from spreading.
|

Here are some examples:
- Do not come if you have symptoms or had contact with someone who has had symptoms in the past 14 days. We can send your orders to you by post.
- The main door of the building is closed until further notice. You can ring 0310 so that we can open the door for you.
- Wearing a mask is also mandatory in corridors and common areas of the building.
- We ask you to wash your hands when you arrive in the office, to keep a distance of at least 2 meters and a good breathing etiquette (cough or sneeze into your elbows).

- Given the size of our office, we can only accept 2 clients at a time.
- It is best to call or email before coming.
- We regularly disinfect the desk, instruments and door handles.
- Disinfectant wipes and gloves are also available.
- Plexiglas panels were installed.

Since February, you may have noticed a new logo of Accredited Ethical Member of the International Colored Gemstone Association (ICA). As some of you already know, Martine is Canada's Ambassador for this non-profit organization, specifically created to promote the global colored stone industry. ICA was founded in 1984 and now includes nearly 700 gem industry leaders from mine to market, including miners, gem cutters, suppliers, retailers, trade associations, labs gemology, universities, museums, and more, from 47 countries dedicated to advancing and promoting the knowledge and appreciation of colored stones.

Instagram Live
During the month of September we will be doing live sessions on Instagram. We will talk about several subjects like;
- Trendy stones and colors
- Trendy cuts and shapes
- Options for engagement rings
- Quality factors of stones
- Treatments and more!
